FTG Circuits – Chatsworth Expands Nadcap Accreditation & Successfully Achieves AS9100 Rev C Certific

Toronto, June 18, 2012 – FTG Circuits – Chatsworth, a subsidiary of Firan Technology Group Corporation (FTG), announced today that they have expanded their Nadcap accreditation. FTG Circuits – Chatsworth joins FTG Circuits – Toronto as two of only a handful of PCB manufacturers to achieve Nadcap AC7119/3, the Electronics PCB HDI accreditation.

Nadcap approval to this standard is now a mandatory flow down requirement for many aerospace and defense OEM’s. This accreditation demonstrates FTG’s superior level of process management and will allow FTG to capture new business in these industry sectors.
FTG Circuits – Chatsworth, a subsidiary of Firan Technology Group Corporation, also announced today that they have successfully upgraded their quality system and achieved certification to the ISO9001; 2008 / AS9100 Revision C standard.

FTG Circuits – Chatsworth is the third FTG manufacturing facility to achieve AS9100 Revision C certification. This demonstrates FTG’s commitment to investing in our quality management systems to ensure we provide the highest possible quality products to our customers.
“The road to achieving Nadcap accreditation and AS9100 Revision C certification is not an easy one. The aerospace and defense industry recognizes the dedication to process and system controls necessary to receive these accreditations,” said Michael Labrador, President of FTG Circuits, Inc.

“FTG is committed to Operational Excellence across the Corporation and the continuous improvement of our process controls and quality systems are an important part of these efforts,” stated Brad Bourne, President and Chief Executive Officer of FTG. “The expanded Nadcap accreditation and AS9100 Revision C certification are especially important given FTG’s focus on the aerospace and defense market.”
