Firan Technology Group (FTG) Announces Appointment of Collin Latchman to the BOD of the OAC

Toronto – May 29, 2008 – Firan Technology Group Corporation (“FTG”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Collin Latchman, Vice President and General Manager of FTG Aerospace, has accepted an invitation from the Ontario Aerospace Council (OAC) through their Executive Director, Mr. Rod Jones, to join the Board as a Director in the category of €˜Aircraft & Space Systems & Equipment’ for a two year term.

“The long-standing involvement of FTG with the OAC as an active participant in many OAC events and initiatives has been well recognized and much appreciated, and it’s now a great pleasure to invite Collin to take an active leadership role in the Ontario Aerospace Industry. His nomination has been endorsed with enthusiasm by the OAC Directors,” stated Mr. Rod Jones, Executive Director of the OAC.
