Firan Technology Group to Retain Aerospace Division

Toronto, May 11 – Firan Technology Group (“Company”) announced today that discussions regarding the sale of its Aerospace Division to Astronics Corporation have formally come to a close.

“Over the course of the last two months, management decided that retaining the Aerospace Division was in the best interest of the Company and its strategy in creating long-term shareholder value”, stated Mr. Bradley C. Bourne, President and CEO.
